Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
If you received damaged lashes, we will happily refund or exchange these for you within 14 days.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the lashes must be in the original packaging, in the same condition you received them in and unused.
